Hi! I’m Jill Silberstein and I am so excited to share this work with you! It has certainly changed my life and the lives of so many!

I am a “jill of many trades” toggling between energy work, doula work, and production. You can check out my other sites for more information about those areas of work (doula site here and production site here).

I got into Polarity about 11 years ago when I was living in New York City working my tail off in advertising and going to therapy to get to the bottom of things (lol). My therapist at the time was also a polarity practitioner and we’d talk for 30 minutes and then I’d get on the table and would feel things - waves of energy and I could process emotions differently (because my nervous system was regulated!).

Fast forward to today and I’m living and working in Los Angeles. I’ve been a certified practitioner for several years now and offer sessions in-home, at various healing centers and retreats.
