My session with Jill was transformative to say the least.  I felt on edge, unsure, and ancy within myself when we started.  We did some breathing and energy work, and I felt my entire body relax. My nervous system balanced out. Her energy helped me feel at ease enough to recognize actually listen to what my body was needing. Jill even noticed an imbalance in my solar plexus that I knew about, but hadn't mentioned to her.  After the session, Jill sent me some information to dive a little deeper into some things she felt would be healing and  we came up with a ritual for me to do everyday until the full moon to help release anything that was ready.  I am still doing parts of the ritual and although I didn't consciously seek out some of the other supportive healing Jill talked about, each one has begun to show up in my life in the weeks since my session. Jill is very intuitive and so kind.  It was amazing to work with her.

I have had two Polarity sessions with Jill and both packed a punch. I am not someone who frequently has energy work done, nor consider myself especially tuned into the subtle. Despite all these odds, Jill made me feel completely safe and comfortable.

One of my sessions was in person, and one was virtual. I can tell you that both are equally impressive. I am not sure what is more healing, Jill’s direct impact on the state of my being, or the fact that her work makes it clear that healing can occur across time and space.
